WELCOME TO THE CLUB
IE Open was initiated by conversations about the generic challenges to implementation of good research that we face globally and locally. Whether we call it the knowing-doing gap, the knowledge-practice gap, implementation failure, or some other label, too many good ideas fail to reach reality. And even worse, perhaps, too many good ideas fail to ever be tested and tried, because the right setup of technologies, partners or timing failed to materialize.
Joint efforts
As a joint venture between partners in research projects Cambridge Medical Academy and Nordic Wellbeing Academy – and are now creating a wider network from across Europe, the Americas, EMEA, India, and China to discuss these challenges, to create better insights into our success and our failures too, and to connect partners and ideas to build a better path towards reality. Several other partners have already joined this journey, but we are currently working to gather even more.
We believe knowledge sharing should be wide and open across sectors and borders. We hope you’ll join our network via the menu or contact us to learn more.
